PROCEDURE OF GETTING MIGRATION CERTIFICATE FROM UTKAL UNIVERSITY:
First you have to go Utkal University Campus & Collect the “Migration Certificate Apply Form” from the Counter.
Pay the fees through University Callahan at SBI inside the University Campus .
Forward the filled Application Form , from your respective college principal( If you studied at University then forward from your HOD).
Then Submitted the signed from, Certificate Copy along with Formal application addressed to “Controller of Examination” & Keep a copies of all documents with you.
Utkal University will take time to around 15-20 days to issuing the Migration Certificate.
Once it is done then you can go & Collect it .

First You need to download the ‘BPUT MIGRATION FORM’ which is available at Online.
Then Pay the Fees through Online SB Collect.
After that you need to go to the respective Institution or College with the filled form & All your certificate & Gradesheet Copies. Attached is the Online Transaction slip along with the documents.
Then go the office Biju Patnaik University of Technology,Rourkela & Submit the all the documents.
BPUT will take time to around 10-120 days to issuing the Migration Certificate. After you can go to the University & Collect it .
